Importnace of convincing and persuading skills for an employee

 Hello everyone so this is my first blog 

First of all im jayesh and  currently im  working as an intern for homeflic wegrow.

So this blog is regarding the importance of convincing and persuading skills of an employee.

Persuasion skills are essential for any employee working for a industry. It is a ability to influence others. In sales industry before selling the product you have to first sell your idea. You have to make them understand the benefits of your product then onlyy they'll be interested in listening to you. It isn't mandatory to be formal all the time, sometimes being informal also helps you alot.

Persuasion and convincing are one of the most important skills for a sales employee.

Now convincing doesn't mean begging. You don't have to beg to sell your product. Intead you can make them understand about your idea properly.  You should be well aware of your product very well so that incase the person asks any question you can reply in seconds. 

So here is a short and simple blog which is also my first blog so im learning this and will definitely come up with more exciting blogs
